Big Ass Salad

Not all salads are boring!  Enjoy a tasty mix of antioxidents, healthy fats and gut-friendly probiotics in less than 10 minutes!



Chopped Lettuce/Cabbage/Spinach
1/2 Avocado
1 Tbsp of Sauerkraut
Chopped Cucumber
Carrot Sticks
Chopped Parseley
Fresh Black Pepper and Sea Salt


1. Add chopped ingredients into bowl
2. Cut Avocado in half
3. Add mix ’ems to bowl (Kraut, nuts and seeds)
4. Add Salad Dressing (ACV and Avocado Oil)
5. Top with Salt and Pepper.
6. Add baked chicken that you have batch cooked before or cooked beans/lentils if vegetarian/vegan.

The Gentle Detox was a very quick decision on my part. I’m a working mom, with kids in many activities and knew that I was eating too many quick meals. It has reset my body and thinking as to what I’m putting in my mouth. And,  in 2 weeks lost 10 lbs as a bonus! Thanks for the kick start Annie!
